Sport Injury are common in physical related activity.Especially due to overuse injuries. The prevalence of injury to bone, articular cartilage, joint, ligament, muscles, tendon, bursa, nerve and skin  neck, shoulder and low back pain has increased. Low back pain and neck pain  Most of us suffer pain from  our low back, neck, shoulder, hand/wrist and knee. The consequences of Sport Injuryare lower quality of life, sleep disruptions, care seeking and absenteeism. Recurrences of  Sport Injury have been shown to be both frequent and costly.
