What is the treatment time to experience the effects of neurofeedback?
Most neurofeedback client experience changes in 10 sessions or less. Some may take more neurofeedback
training to see visible improvements. Neurofeedback therapy is a learning process and the transfer of learning
progression may be affected by several factors such as learning environment, nutrition and health status
etc.
Will Neurofeedback client able to transfer the learned ability to tasks such as studying or doing
homework?
Most clients are able to. It is a learning process where the person internalize the information and process
it so as to do one’s daily activities better.
Is the benefit gained from neurofeedback or EEG Biofeedback sustainable?
Yes. Many Studies has showned postive outcome with Neurofeedback
What is the recommended frequency to practice neurofeedback sessions?
Most clients will benefits from two to three Neurofeedbck sessions per week. Some clients may need to do
more sessions. Our Neurofeedback remote training or Home Training Program is available to extend the training to
home or school learning environment at a lower cost. Our Therapist will customized a home program for you.
Does Neurofeedback have side-effects?
Unlike drug based or medication, Neurofeedback is safe and non-invasive method. Some clients may experience
short-term feeling of being tired. Individual may response differently.
What is the minimum age for neurofeedback session?
We have worked with clients as young as 18 months. We recommend Neurofeedback as a form of early
interventions for Special Needs population.
