How is the diagnosis in TCM done for weight management?

Acupuncture Weight loss session start by doing clinical diagnosis. The process may include inspection of certain areas such as the eye, auricles ,tongue, face, medical palmistry, pulse assessment, feet examination, listening and history taking etc to establish baseline according to syndrome differentiation according to the eight principles of external, internal, cold, heat, full, empty, yin, yang along with Channels and Collateral, Zang Fu organs, Sanjiao, Qi and Blood, Wei, Qi, Ying and Xue.

What is the Frequency of Acupuncture sessions are needed to achieve weight loss?

It depends on your health status and your response to acupuncture. Research shows that 3 times weekly produced better results. The frequency may be adjusted once your condition improves.
