How does Acupuncture Treatment work?

Acupuncture points can function as resistors and amplifiers that regulates the flow of energies through the meridians.When stimulated, it affect the flow of energy within the meridians. The goals is to bringing energy into the body or to releasing energy from the body or to increase or decrease the movement of energy or combine these functions. We can also stimulate the acupuncture points by non-invasive means e.g. tapping, massaging,twisting or holding to switch "on" or "off" the energies that flow along the meridians pathway.
